2. Our Role as a Facilitator

Namaste Cure acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator. Our services may include providing information about hospitals and treatments, assisting with appointment scheduling, cost estimates, travel coordination, and general support during your medical journey. All actual medical diagnosis, treatment, surgery, and care are performed exclusively by independent, third-party hospitals and licensed medical professionals who are not our employees, agents, or partners in any legal sense. Any agreement for medical treatment is strictly between you and the treating hospital or physician.

3. No Medical Advice or Guarantee of Outcome

Nothing on our website or in any communication from Namaste Cure constitutes medical advice. We do not diagnose conditions, recommend specific treatments, or guarantee any medical outcome. Medical treatment carries inherent risks, and outcomes vary from patient to patient. You should rely solely on the professional judgment of your treating doctors and hospital for all medical decisions, and you should seek a second opinion from a qualified physician whenever you have concerns.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history and needs when using our services. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms, consent forms, and policies of any hospital or provider you choose to engage with. You are responsible for arranging valid travel documents, visas, and any legal requirements for international travel to India. You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation or accessing it through unauthorized means.

5. Fees and Payments

Any fees charged directly by Namaste Cure for facilitation services will be communicated to you in advance. Fees charged by hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, or other third parties for medical treatment, accommodation, or travel are separate from our facilitation fees and are payable directly to those providers according to their own terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namaste Cure shall not be liable for any injury, loss, complication, or damage arising from medical treatment, diagnosis, surgery, or care provided by any third-party hospital or medical professional. We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or losses arising from travel arrangements, visa processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our facilitation services shall not exceed the amount of facilitation fees actually paid by you to Namaste Cure, where applicable.
